Lord, this land is Yours, and everyone in it. You created it all, You know our failings and our strengths. None of what is happening is a surprise to You. You have seen it all since the beginning of time. You will not allow evil to continue forever, and You will protect Your people. We trust You, Lord. Our hope is in You. Our very lives are in You. We will not be anxious or fearful, because we know that You care for us. We lay our burdens at the foot of the cross and trust in You to work all things for good for those who love You.
